Laser distance meters VECTOR 40 and VECTOR 80
HIGH USER ORIENTATION – HANDY DESIGN
Both laser devices are equipped with a range of functions, yet are exceptionally easy to use. “Intuitive ease of use is a key feature of SOLA laser products,” explains Michael Scherrer, Product Manager at SOLA. “We wanted the VECTOR 40 and VECTOR 80 to be even easier for our customers to use than before.”
INTUITIVE OPERATION
This was a success right from the start, because operation of both laser distance meters only requires one free hand. Large buttons and a clear display make orientation quick and easy. These features are clearly another advantage when working in poor light and when wearing protective gloves.
A NUMBER OF PRACTICAL MEASURING FUNCTIONS
The frequently used measuring functions, such as length and area measurement, can be accessed at the touch of a button. A clear display ensures easy navigation through other function levels and settings.
VECTOR 40 FOR QUICK AND EASY USE
So what is the difference between the VECTOR 40 and the VECTOR 80? The VECTOR 40 has been specially developed to be quick to use in day-to-day work, with no previous knowledge of working with laser distance meters required. The measuring function is practically self-explanatory and available as soon as the device is switched on. Craftsmen in different trades can efficiently measure distances between two points, calculate areas or use the indirect 3-point measurement to calculate inaccessible areas.
VECTOR 80 FOR DEMANDING TASKS
Anyone needing assistance for more complex measuring tasks should reach for the VECTOR 80: this practical device in SOLA's laser distance meter toolkit combines vital functions for various trades. The VECTOR 80 enables indirect 2-point, as well as 3-point, measurement. The device also incorporates basic arithmetic operations and can calculate volumes. Up to 20 results can be stored in an integrated data logger.
LASER TECHNOLOGY
SOLA developed its new VECTOR range at its production site at Götzis, in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. Both laser models are available now from specialist professional retailers. Practical accessories, such as laser goggles and targets, are also available.
