TDS: Triangular square with drill gauge
The TDS from SOLA is a precise multifunctional square in the shape of a right-angled triangle with a leg length of 180 mm. Made of anodized aluminum and equipped with a removable fence, it enables precise work in all areas of woodworking. Specially developed for carpenters, joiners, and cabinetmakers, the TDS combines versatile functions: precise angle measurements, clean scribing and marking, and the quick determination of bore diameters.

Removable fence for flexible handling
The removable fence is a key feature of the TDS and ensures maximum precision and versatility. With the fence, it enables precise positioning and marking of 45° and 90° angles – ideal for recurring scribings and precise miter cuts. When the fence is removed, the square rests fully flat on the workpiece and can be used flexibly. Perfect for all woodworking applications where precision and flexibility are required.
Built-in drill gauge and precise scales
The TDS combines several precise measuring and marking functions in just one tool. The built-in drill gauge with 14 precisely milled openings from 3.5 mm to 16 mm allows you to quickly determine and assign the correct bore sizes. Lasered scales and scribing notches on both sides ensure the exact transfer of lines and spacings – ideal for recurring measurements and cutting work. The degree scale also allows angles from 0° to 90° to be precisely marked and checked, e.g. for miter cuts or individual angles required in furniture making, interior design, and woodworking.
Robust design for continuous use
Made from top-quality aluminum, the TDS is lightweight, dimensionally stable, and resistant to deformation and wear.
