Depending on the payment service provider selected by the customer, SOLA passes on the payment data collected for the processing of payments to the selected payment service provider if this is necessary for processing payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if the customer has their own account there (e.g. Amazon Pay). In this case, customers must log in to the relevant payment service provider with their access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. Otherwise, the customer's personal data is not passed on to third parties without consent, unless SOLA is obliged to do so by law, court order or official order.
